Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped in Australia via Australia Post E-parcel, to New Zealand with Fastway couriers and internationally with Australia Post Parcel Post. Both E-parcel and Fastway services are tracked and will drop-off without a signature where possible.

Shipping times within Australia are 1-2 days to metro destinations (except Perth), 2-3 days to country areas (except WA) and 4-5 days to remote country areas. Perth and WA country areas are generally 5-7 days.

Shipping times to NZ are approximately 5 business days

International Parcel Post shipping times vary according to location.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund, including postage. Your sole responsibility will be for the cost of returning the goods to us in good saleable condition.
Equally you may return any part of your total order for a refund of that items cost.

You do not need a Return Authority, but please include a copy of your invoice and/or a note with invoice number reference.

Faulty/Broken Product

Any product arriving in a faulty condition, or breaking through normal usage will be replaced at our cost.
